This car started its unusual life as a Talbot-Lago Grand Prix car.  Still with its 4.5 liter 6 cylinder engine, it was rebodied as a sports/racer.  It races on to this day in historic events with Chevy power.  This photo gives us a good look at Riverside's 1.1 mile main straightaway.
