Frank Manley/ Verne Hudson -- Panhard DB-LeMans

Is this an early Devin?  (Or was this the original from which Devin created his fiberglass copies?)  Anyone:  Please email me!

"Hello...I was checking out Chuck Fawcett's Photos and you have this one correct Frank Manley/ Verne Hudson -- Panhard DB-LeMans... It's not a Devin, but is a 1954 DB-Panhard Le Mans racecar.  Cool to see this as I haven't seen one from '54 in the states.  Manley also owned a 1955 DB-Panhard LM."
