a Long Beach dentist and avid Bugatti collector. The picture was
taken in the 1954-57 time period, but I can't pin it down any closer than
that."

"This is definitely 0092E
confirmed by the register plate. I too show Milton Roth at owner
in/around 1956-57. Does your copy of the photo show by which state
that plate (2C22815) was issued?" (Yes, it's a California plate.
