Dan Prades -- Lotus Mk.11
Prades brakes and turns right to enter the Turn
1 hairpin at the end of the main straight.
Prades and co-driver George Brown entered Prades' Lotus Mk.11 in
the enduro, but didn't finish in the top 27. Prades isn't shown in
the entry list for the Classes C-D-E-F-G-H Modified and F-Jr. sprint race.
Quite the spectator turnout! The Turn 1 grandstands are full
and the snow fencing is crowded with race fans.

"Dan Prades' Lotus 11 is listed at #221 at Reno (Stead AFB, Nov.
23-24, 1961) and he also used #121 on the ex-Chuck Parsons Birdcage
at Cotati on Nov. 11-12 1961, so I'd say the photo of the #121 Lotus 11
at Cotati is Prades." |
