1965 USRRC at Riverside -- Turn 7 (1)
Later in 1964 and in 1965 Wester campaigned a Genie-Ford
on the USRRC circuit and in the autumn West Coast pro events.
In this 5-2-65 USRRC event at Riverside, Jim
Hall won in the #66 Chaparral;
his partner Hap Sharp
finished 2nd, and Wester was 3rd in his #60 Genie. #97 Charlie
Hayes in the Lang
Cooper-Ford DNF'd after 13 laps.
