Maserati 250F Grand Prix Car
Bob Drake drove Joe Lubin's Maserati
250F to a 13th place finish in the Formula One US
Grand Prix, also held at Riverside, on November 20, 1960.
At the L.A. Times-Mirror Grand Prix (for
sports cars), held on October 16, 1960, Carroll Shelby and Roy
Salvadori drove Lubin's car on demonstration laps.
Too bad the spectator picked the wrong
moment to stand up.
