Jim Ladd -- E-Type Jaguar

An E-Jag starts up the hill.  Can anyone ID the driver?  How about the year?

"I believe the driver to be Jim Ladd-Lebanon PA. Owner was Mr. Fronina-Reading PA.
Distinctive triangle on bonnet is the clue. Probably 1963 as he campaigned a big Healy in 1964 before getting killed in it at Run-offs at Riverside."
