George Constantine -- Lister-Chevy / Stirling
Moss -- Lotus Mk.19
Action at Laguna Seca! George Constantine in the "Kelischev",
or Kelso
Lister-Chevy, leads Stirling Moss into Turn 2 the October 23,
1960 inaugural "Pacific Grand Prix". Moss is driving the pea-green
Lotus Mk.19 that he drove to victory in both the 1960 and 1961
pro events at Laguna Seca..
Constantine led one lap, the third, of the second heat of the 1960
"Pacific Grand Prix". Moss passed him braking for Turn 9 on
the next lap and went to win the race overall after winning both heats.
I think this photo was taken during Constantine's brief moment of glory.
