The three time world champion drove one of John Mecom's Lola T-70-Chevys at the "L.A. Times Grand Prix"  on Oct. 28-29-30, 1966.

His greatest days still ahead of him, young Jackie Stewart stands by teammate Parnelli Jones' #98 T-70 in the Mecom pits.  Both Stewart and Jones DNF'd.
