Newly sober, Jeff sets out to learn who really killed Doug.  But his world has turned upside down.  He’s accused of murder; Ronald Reagan’s the new president; John Lennon’s just been assassinated; the girl he loves hates him, and all his friends are doing coke like crazy. 

But it’s really about the music at a rambunctious honky-tonk called “Meadow Ranch”.  From the quintessential 1970s “California Rock” of Doug Kelsey’s  “OUTRIDERS” to the dark and deep alienation of “STYGMA”, the punk inspired group that takes over the gig after Doug’s death — the “MEADOW RANCH” soundtrack is a non-stop feast of sonic thunder.
