Morton drove the ex-Bob Holbert Porsche in Group 3.  He didn't finish in the flat-8 powered 1982cc. car but was credited with 23rd place.  This car was raced by Holbert with a standard RS61 1700cc. 4-cylinder engine, but had a longer wheelbase to receive the flat-8.
