Race winner Hugenholtz proudly flies the flag of his native Holland on his cool-off lap. Since drivers don't do victory laps anymore he must have been confident of a win and carried the flag with him in the race.

Hugenholtz's family operated the historic Zandvoort Grand Prix circuit in Holland and is still actively involved with today's modern course.
