From Bill Cleghorn:  "This one is from the same small "Panel Album", the way they used to print pics in a small booklet, back in the early 1950s.  This is out of the same set that all the other "good ones" already posted including the famous one of Bill Pollack in the Allard etc. came from.  So it has to be 1951."
