I first thought this photo was from 1963, but a closer look at the
cars behind OYIII reveals that this was the September 2, 1962 event.
And... This might be Balchowsky driving, not Bucknum.
How did I learn that this was 1962 Labor Day event? Back
in the field I can see #17, Bob Harris
in the Campbell Special; and ahead of Harris,
Don
Wester in his yellow
and black Porsche RSK.
Bill Krause won
this race in Maserati Type 61
#2452. I don't know where Dick Levinson finished.
