"I believe the car in this picture is an Arnolt Bristol.  Here is a photo of the dash of an Arnolt (the steering wheel on this car is aftermarket and the windscreen doesn't look to be correct either, but the pod with the main instruments and the remainder of the layout looks the same to me)."
