Bill Perrone of Huntington Beach, CA, in #91, his 1500cc. 1953 OSCA MT-4, battles Don Racine in his familiar Panhard-powered 850cc. #45 1952 Aardvark Special.  The pair accelerate downhill after leaving the tight Turn 4 and head into the fast, sweeping Turn 5.

Perrone finished 8th.  Racine, usually a contender, finished a sedate 21st this year.
