I can't see a number on the leading car
so I'm guessing that it's Camilo Steuer in his 1931 Rigante-Chrysler.
Joe Freeman in his 1952 Kurtis K500-A pressures Steuer in Turn 5.
Steuer finished 7th and Freeman was 3rd.
