Meyer finished a lonely 3rd in his 5422cc. Devin.  He ran behind the two Thors and well ahead of Backman and Anderson.  Note tape in grille opening: It was a cold, wet day. 

This racing group managed to run both its practice and race on Saturday between showers.  No such luck on rain-drenched Sunday.  Most drivers opted out, including Meyer.
