Group 1A includes some slow-movers: frightening to come up on one of them in heavy fog.  Years ago I was driving too fast going north on Big Sur's Highway 1 and rounded a blind corner -- and right ahead of me was an Amish-style horse-and- buggy clip-clopping along.   I had a busy moment and avoided disaster, probably an experience shared by the speedier Group 1A drivers.
