How could this have happened? Wouldn't
the left side of the car have to be lifted UP quite a ways for the lower
bodywork to be unfolded like that?

"The inside of the side pods are open
and they acted like earth moving scoops when Ed went off into the gravel
in Turn 4. Luckily, only the side pods were damaged and should be repaired
by the end of this week." |
