The shot is the next frame after the previous.  Your webmaster shoots with an older Canon that doesn't have the "frame rate" of the newer models so he makes do with only three or four images per pan.  This is the last shot of a burst of three.  Not quite as sharp as the previous image, but I like it anyway.  Tracking autofocus would be nice, too...  Better gear next year!
