Don Wester -- Porsche RS61, Stockton 1963

IIRC Wester won several events early in 1963: Stockton?, Del Mar?, Cotati?   At first I thought this was Cotati, but there was no white building along the Cotati front straight.  Could this be Stockton? (Yes TM)
