Moss in his newly acquired Porsche exits Turn 8A on the first lap of practice on a very damp and misty Friday morning.  One corner later a slippery spot on the course caused Moss to spin.

He came to rest undamaged.  But -- the same slippery spot caused another competitor to spin and he too came to rest, as one would expect, at the exact same spot as Moss.
