Hill leads Settember around Riverside's famous Turn 6.  Settember's car was owned by Bill Krause, who was busy winning the race overall in the Maserati Distributor's Maserati Type 61 "Birdcage".  Krause continued to race the Chevy-powered Jag in amateur events through 1961.
