Jack Nethercutt's Ferrari 250-TR

Nethercutt's last front-engined ride before he moved on to the Lotus Mk.19 and the Mirage was this beautiful Ferrari Testa Rossa #0768.

Nethercutt at Riverside's Turn 6 during the April 2-3, 1960 "Examiner Grand Prix" at Riverside.  Nethercutt qualified the car but turned it over to Pete Lovely for the main event.  Lovely finished 3rd behind Carroll Shelby and Ken Miles.  Earlier, Nethercutt & Lovely finished 3rd in the 12 hour race at Sebring Florida.  Pete Lovely later owned the car and raced it at historic events through the 1990s.
